Louis Friedman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Friedman has served as Chief Executive Officer, and director since the company was founded in 2001 and as its President since November 2008. In the previous decade before starting the company, Mr. Friedman was a private investor and business consultant in marketing, venture capital and M&A.
Michael Kane
Executive Vice President
With decades of experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Kane is currently spearheading a concentration in international brand expansion. Prior to joining Liberator in 2009, Mr. Kane was President and Founder of The Sellutions Group, LLC, a sales consulting firm specializing in early stage technology companies. Before this, Mr. Kane developed sales and marketing strategy as VP of Sales at Pricing Dynamics, as well as Ormandy, Inc., a marketer of enterprise level software solutions to the communications industry.
Ronald Scott
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Scott joined the Company in July 2006 as a part-time consultant and as a full-time consultant in October, 2007, serving as its Chief Financial Officer. In July, 2009 he became a director of the company and the secretary in October, 2009. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Scott was president of Impact Business Solutions, LLC, a consulting business that provides financial management services. From 1990 to 2004, Mr. Scott was Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and a member of the Board of Directors for Cyanotech Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed natural products company. Mr. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
Leslie Vogelman
Treasurer
Ms. Vogelman joined OneUp Innovations at its inception in 2001 as Secretary and Treasurer. She has served as Liberator’s Treasurer since June 2009. Ms. Vogelman holds a B.A. degree from the State University of New York in Binghamton and an M.B.A. degree from Adelphi University.
